We have chosen a hotel in Harrisburg that has easy highway access, is convenient to the Amtrak station and has complimentary shuttle service to and from Harrisburg International Airport (MDT)
We are located minutes from downtown Harrisburg to the northwest and Hershey is only minutes to the northeast.
Across the street from the hotel is a Target - and this particular Target has a Starbucks :)

Reservations can be made easily through the above link or you may phone the reservations desk at 717-939-7841.*** Do NOT call the Holiday Inn's 1-800 number *** The rate will be available to anyone who wants to come up to 3 days earlier and/or stay up to 3 days later.
Officially the retreat starts on Friday, June 21 and ends on Sunday, June 23, 2013. You may check in on Tuesday the 18th & check out on Tuesday the 25th and still enjoy the special rate of only $95.00 per night! You will need to inform the associate of our code "COQ" to receive our special rate if you call in to make reservations.
The first night's deposit will be due with the making of each reservation, but reservations may be canceled any time up until 6PM on the day of arrival. Any cancellations after 6PM will be charged for one room night + tax. Any "no shows" will also be charged one night room + tax. If you are a Priority Club Rewards member be sure to let them know or sign in as one online to receive your points/rewards.

Any rooms not reserved by
noon on June 5, 2013 will be released from the room block. Anyone wanting to make
reservations after this time will no longer be guaranteed availability, although
group rates will be given if there are rooms available.
Roomies
We have been given a special rate of just $95.00 per night + tax. All rooms are either 1 king bed or 2 queen beds. (You could get yourself a suite but there are no discounts for our group on those) To save money, or if you just want to get to know some board members, find yourself a roommate. The rate is still only $95.00 per night! Just go to the HGTV message board and find the thread titled "COF roommates" and place your ad. Be sure to let people know if you smoke or are allergic to smoke or perfumes, etc. Also it might be a good idea to disclose any snoring or talking in your sleep habits you may have or can't tolerate. If you have trouble finding a roomie just PM Tisme (Tammy) and she will help match you up with someone.
Special Needs

Your Retreat Fee includes Dinner on Friday night at the hotel, Dinner Saturday night at Bird-in-Hand Family Restaurant and Brunch on Sunday at the hotel. These meals will be offered to your guests as well for an additional fee due by May 21, 2013. ALL other meals are on your own. We are being offered a 10% discount for our breakfasts. I'd recommend the buffet. It's worth the money and includes beverages. For all meals the hotel offers
