THURSDAY - June 20th

12:00pm ~ set up begins in Capitol Ballroom

4:00pm - 5:00pm ~ Early Registration begins!  

 ·          Pick up your Welcome Bags!

·          Bring 1/4 yd challenge projects - in BROWN BAG - to EBGQ - will be set up to display

·          Bring QOV quilts to be set up for display in Capitol Ballroom

·          If you have brought a SEWING MACHINE, please bring it for set-up! Make sure everything is labeled, including your cord and foot pedal  Quiltslots ~ setting up sewing machines in Derry East (or west)

5:30pm ~ Head over to Lancaster Brewing Co for Early Bird Dinner.
                *** People who drove in please fill your cars with diners! ***

7:30pm - 8:30pm ~ Capitol Ballroom OPENS

·          Ice breakers

·          Early Bird FQ BINGO

·          Sit, sew & Visit

·          Begin signing pillow squares

·          Door prize explanation

9:00pm - 10:00pm ~ Chocolate Fondue (dessert) social time -- open to ALL

9:30pm - 11:00pm ~ Sit, sew, visit, time for signing pillow squares

FRIDAY - June 21st

8:00am ~ Capitol Ballroom OPEN

REGISTRATION Continues UNTIL 9:45am

·          SHOW & TELL ~ Please bring 1 show and tell item to this session, or talk about your Row Robin fun - each table will line up at front of room to introduce herself

·          1/4 yd challenge voting begins

4:00pm - 6:00pm ~ Second Class

6:15pm - 7:15pm ~ Buffet dinner served in the Pennsylvania Ballroom

7:30pm - 8:30pm ~ GUEST SPEAKER ~ Barb Garrett


9:00pm - 11:00pm ~ Boutique time

9:00pm - 10:00pm ~ Show & Tell, FQ Bingo 2 & 3

11:30am ~ 5:15pm  Scavenger Hunt (lunch is on your own)

5:30pm - 6:30pm ~ Dinner at Bird - in - Hand Family Restaurant (paid for)

7:00pm - 8:00pm ~ GUEST SPEAKER ~ Jackie Hazen


8:15pm - 9:15pm ~ Demonstrations

8:00pm - 10:00pm ~ Boutique time

9:30pm - 11:00pm ~ FQ BINGO 4,5 & 6; sit, sew & visit, Time for signing pillow squares, Pass out any gifts you        brought

SUNDAY - June 23rd

8:00am ~ Capitol Ballroom Open

8:30am - 10:30am ~ Fourth Class

10:45am - 11:45am ~ Brunch served in the Lancaster Ballroom 

11:00am ~ Hotel check out for those leaving - you may bring your belongings to West (or east) Derry room for           storage

11:45am - 2:30pm ~ QOV presentation, fq bingo 7 & 8, Prizes

2:30pm ~ RETREAT OFFICIALLY CLOSES

2:30pm - 5:00pm ~ Tear Down
