IT'S TIME!!! 

Registration day OPEN !!!

Here are the forms needed to register for the HGTV 2013 Circle of Friends Retreat in Harrisburg, PA. Please follow the links (NO google account is needed), and then fill them out and mail them in with your deposit and/or retreat fee.

There are 2 forms needed to be filled out and returned. They are the document "Registration Forms".   Both forms must be turned in at registration or your registration will not be accepted. Thanks for your cooperation with this :)

Registration papers and deposit and/or full retreat costs need to be to Gonesewin / Lori Suchomel by November 3, 2013 or you may be put on the waiting list. We have opened the registration for 60 people, so don't delay :) Make checks out to Lori Suchomel.

Print the Registration Forms and mail them along with your check or money order to Gonesewin:

IF for some reason you are unable to print the forms, please send an email to COF2013@gmail.com  and we will send them to you by email.

Instructions

In order to view the forms, you have to have Adobe Reader ... if you don't have it, you can find here http://get.adobe.com/reader/

When you click on one of the links below, you will then go to "file" at the upper left of the page, then click "download original", and then once it downloads, open it and click PRINT. And IF you have trouble with that, just make sure and POST your desire to attend on the HGTV message board, and send us an email as stated above... we will send them out through email. If you print before downloading, the forms will not print correctly.
